UK Experiences Third Heatwave of 2023, Nighttime Temperatures Differ from June

# Met Office Confirms Start of Third Heatwave, Night Temperatures Differ from June's Heat
The UK's third heatwave of the year has officially begun, with the Met Office clarifying that this wave will feel different at night compared to the previous one experienced in June. This forecast was shared as the country braces for elevated temperatures.
Met Office weather forecaster Alex Deakin noted that "the heat this week won't be as oppressive as the last heatwave in June.” He emphasized that this upcoming heatwave will be "really concentrated in the south," suggesting that southern regions will feel the brunt of these warmer temperatures.
In contrast, conditions in the north west of Scotland will remain much cooler. Deakin stated, "Temperatures in the north west of Scotland will be in the mid teens at best and it will be quite cloudy here with some outbreaks of rain." While the south prepares for heat, those in the north can expect a much more subdued climate with limited sunshine.
As this heatwave progresses, individuals throughout the south may experience warmer nights than in the previous month, though fluctuations may vary.
