In a discussion with the FIFA World Cup Task Force at the White House, Rubio emphasized that owning a ticket does not equate to having a visa. "Your ticket is not your visa. It does not guarantee admission into the US. It guarantees an expedited appointment," he stated. The U.S. has taken proactive steps to accommodate the influx of visitors anticipated during the World Cup.
