Women Encouraged to Perform Monthly Health Checks for Early Detection

# Women urged to complete three checks at the start of every month
Women are being advised to carry out three important health checks regularly. Dr Carys shared her recommendations to help women monitor their health effectively.
In her video, Dr Carys noted, "It's the first of the month, so it's a really good day to do your chest check, to do your vulva check, and also to examine any moles that you have on your body, not forgetting your head."
These checks are meant to ensure that women are aware of their bodies and can spot any changes early. Regular self-examination can lead to earlier detection of potential health issues, making timely medical attention more likely.
By doing these checks at the start of each month, women can create a routine that promotes better health and peace of mind.
