Ryanair Implements Stricter £65 Baggage Fee Policies for Passengers

# Ryanair Revises £65 Baggage Fee Policy

## Stricter rules set for Ryanair passengers

Ryanair has announced significant changes to its baggage fee structure, affecting travelers who typically encounter the £65 charge for oversized bags. This change may lead to tighter enforcement of baggage limits, putting more pressure on passengers to comply with existing regulations.

The airline's CEO, Michael O'Leary, remarked on the decreasing number of oversized bags being reported. He stated, "The number of outsized bags is falling from, I don't know, 0.0001 [per cent] to 0.00001," highlighting a shift in passenger behaviour regarding luggage choices.

These adjustments come amid ongoing efforts by Ryanair to streamline operations and enhance the flying experience. Travelers will need to take extra care to adhere to their baggage allowances to avoid incurring additional fees during future travel.
