This incentive will appear on bank statements under the description "Switching Offer," according to the building society.
Furthermore, Nationwide has streamlined the switching process by automatically transferring all payment arrangements from the individual's previous bank or building society. This includes Direct Debits and standing orders, allowing customers to transition seamlessly without needing to take further action. "We'll request all your payment arrangements from your old building society or bank, including your Direct Debits and standing orders, to switch to your new account.
