### 27 Areas to Experience 20C Mini Heatwave as UK Surpasses Greece
The Met Office has identified 27 regions across the UK that are set to enjoy a mini heatwave, with temperatures rising to 20C. This weather change is notably putting parts of the UK hotter than Greece on Friday.
In areas such as London, the temperature will reach the anticipated 20 degrees Celsius. The warm weather is expected to provide clear skies and ample sunshine throughout the day, ensuring many people can enjoy outdoor activities.
Deputy chief forecaster Steven Keates stated that the high-pressure system will “remain broadly in charge” of the weather in these regions. Furthermore, Keates noted that “most places will remain dry with a fair amount of sunshine,” making it an excellent opportunity for picnics and outdoor events.
