On the podcast, McCall discussed her recent breast check-up, acknowledging the seriousness of the day. "I went to go and have a checkup on my boobs the other day, obviously quite a serious day, quite heavy," she said. "I've been terrified of dying my whole life," she expressed. McCall emphasized the importance of accepting her potential fate, explaining, "I had to let go of the outcome and be able to go to sleep without the abject horror of the idea of dying."
Additionally, she discussed her relationship with partner Michael, detailing their shared fears yet open communication about the future. "I said to Michael, 'If I go, I really need you to keep plugged in to the kids and stay in their lives,'" she stated. This honest dialogue helped alleviate the daunting nature of her health concerns, creating a sense of clarity between them.
